We’re a group of professionals, pastors, and disciples of Jesus who believe that discipleship has to do with everyplace our feet take us.

This site emerges from a historic Christian belief that our everyday labors (our “sent worship”) can be sacred work.

“Discipleship at Work” is rooted in College Wesleyan Church in Marion, Indiana; and while our work does ripple out from one congregation and community, we hope there’s nothing here that’s terminally unique.

Our hope is to create contextual and transposable resources, relationships, and ideas that cultivate an interdenominational, intergenerational, multi-ethnic and multi-economic community of faithful labor, rest, and prayer.
